Image management
In the detail of the image you will find all the main information, the options for changing the cut and some advanced settings.
At the top of the page, you'll find basic information, such as code, file size, and format. You can also rename the image, replace it by uploading a new file, or download it.
Right below, you can adjust the image crop. You can do this manually, by dragging the handles at the corners and sides, or choose from the predefined formats (square and landscape). After saving, the cut can be edited at any time or restored to the original.
In the Crop Area section, you can find the percentages applied to the image change.
Under Thumbnail Settings, you have three options:
- Keep Original Format: Excludes conversion to WebP and keeps the image in its original format.
- Remove Metadata: Deletes the hidden information in the file.
- Quality: Adjusts the WebP compression level.
An image's metadata is hidden information that describes the file, such as the date it was created, the camera used, the shooting settings (ISO, aperture, exposure time), GPS location, and copyrights. This data is useful for organizing, searching, and managing images.
